This weeks retailer collaboration is with Kidly, who we have paired up with our gorgeous green wellies. Neo Mint is a fresh, oxygenated shade, where science and nature can collide. It makes the ideal companion for aspiring botanists and fauna explorers. In today’s blog post we talk with Kidly about our new #ColourStories collection, and dive into what sets Kidly a part from other Kid’s online retailers.
What do you like about Grass & Air?
We’re all about combining substance and style, so when we spotted Grass & Air we were really excited as it felt like a great match. The wellies and rainwear are brilliant quality and the paired back designs mean that they look stylish too. Grass & Air has been real hit with customers, the colour-revealing wellies in particular. Kids love the element of fun that comes with splashing in puddles and watching the colours ‘magically’ appear. Parents seem to really appreciate that they’re easy to pull on.
What do you think about our new Colour Stories Collection?
We’re big colour fans (just look at our logo) so the Colour Stories Collection is really exciting. The colours feel really fresh and vibrant – perfect for kids heading outside for adventures, or just to jump in puddles!
What do you think about your chosen colour?
We choose Neo Mint for it’s fresh versatility. Mint has been a favourite of ours for a while now, so much so we even have our a shade of it in our own clothing collection, KIDLY Label. It’s a great colour for spring/summer and really pops when the coloured raindrops appear!
And which colour of wellies do you think will be the biggest hit with your customers?
There’s something for every kid in the collection, but if I had to guess I’d say that the mint and yellow will be our biggest hits. The mint is really fresh and the yellow has a cool retro vibe about it, which we know people love. Versatile, non-gendered, colours tend to be most popular as they work with people’s existing clothes and are great for passing on to younger siblings, when the time comes.
Tell us a bit about KIDLY and what you think makes it unique…
We’re parents too and KIDLY is (in a nutshell) the website that we wished was around when our kids were under four. We’re on a mission to make shopping for 0-4s effortless and as enjoyable as buying something for yourself. That’s why we put so much into curating the products that we sell. Everything has to be design led and genuinely useful and we ask real parents to test everything before we sell it, to check it’s up to scratch. If they don’t love it, we don’t sell it. Simple.
Aside from what we sell, the way we deliver it is equally important to us too. We want to help people find the right things, first time. That’s why the website is designed to be used one-handed, because what parent can spare two? And we’re online to help from 8am-10pm, 7 days a week.
