Deliveries
*Due to high demand please expect delays of up to 4 days on orders. We apologise for the inconvenience but the team are working hard to get all orders sent out.
1. What Shipping Methods Are Available?
1.1 For orders below £20 that are placed before 1 pm, the delivery charge is £3.95. We aim to provide next day delivery for these orders, however that is not always guaranteed.
1.2 For orders below £20 that are placed after 1pm, the delivery charge is £3.95 however, we cannot guarantee next day delivery.
1.3 For orders to the value of £20 and over, the delivery is free of charge.
1.4 Orders placed before 1pm will be aimed to be dispatched same day, orders placed after 1pm will not be dispatched until next working day.
1.5 The dates for the delivery of goods are approximate only.
1.6 The Company will not be liable for the consequences of any delay in the delivery of the Goods beyond the Company’s control.
1.7 Delivery charges will be applied according to the rates published by the Company from time to time.
Please note:
- UK orders will require a signature upon delivery.
- Orders placed after 1pm on Fridays or at weekend will not be dispatched until the following Monday.
- Please allow 3-5 working days for delivery.
2. Order Cancellations
2.1 Under the United Kingdom’s Distance Selling Regulations you have the right to cancel any order made from grassandair.com and we will then issue you with a full refund.
2.2 Any cancellations must be confirmed in writing within an hour of the order being placed. You must email your name, address and order number within the hour of placing the order. Upon receipt of your email we will cancel the order and reply to you confirming that your order has been cancelled. If your order has already been processed, you will need to return the order to us.
Shipping to The Channel Islands
Our delivery charge to The Channel Islands is £10 per order, regardless of the order value. Orders will be dispatched within 24 hours (unless the order is placed after 1pm on a Friday or at the weekend, in this case, we will dispatch your order the following Monday). We cannot guarantee next day delivery. Please allow 3-5 working days for delivery.
Shipping to Europe, USA & Canada
Our delivery charge to European countries is £10 per order, regardless of the order value.
Please be aware that all orders shipped to the EU are to expect potential tax and duties and these costs vary depending on country of delivery.
Our delivery charge to the USA & Canada is £20 per order, regardless of the order value.

Our delivery charge to other destinations is £50 per order, regardless of the order value.
